RTC provides public transit services within the INRCOG region. All services are open to the general public, including persons with disabilities. In addition to the service provided directly, a number of sub-providers offer contracted open to the public transit service to regional residents. Those subcontractors include: Black Hawk County Country View, Chickasaw County Council on Aging and Exceptional Persons Inc. |

Monday-Friday. RTC Office hours (information/reservations) 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. RTC service hours may vary depending on the location, but general availability is 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please contact sub-providers directly for service information. |

4 miles or less $8.00 per trip, over 4 miles $2.00 a mile. Medicaid - 4 miles or less $10.00 per trip, over 4 miles $2.40 a mile |
